Winnipeg Airport Lands Corporation (WALC) is a joint venture between WAA and a consortium of private landowners adjacent to Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport. WALC land is ideal for the development of an airport business park.
WALC has led the development of the Airport Area West Structure Plan (AAWSP), which provides a plan for land use and infrastructure for an area of about 2,000 acres west of the airport.
